Residential Real Estate Closings


The Residential Purchase:

C&C was founded on a practice centered on the residential closing transaction.  Everyone in our office works together to make your closing process appear seamless.  Our all inclusive price ($900 TRID loan, $650 cash) for a residential closing has not changed in years.  You may start your closing process by forwarding your purchase contract by email (cclaw@collinsandcollinslaw.com) or fax (910-799-0663) to our office.  If you have already found your Buyer (or Seller) and are not working with real estate agents, contact us to draft your purchase contract or send you a blank contract to begin your transaction.

Seller’s documents are a flat $175 fee for all individuals.  Fees may very for other types of entities.

Seller’s be advised that sales proceeds are disbursed by two-day overnight courier without charge to the Seller.  If one day overnight is requested a fee will be charged to Seller.  In order to avoid fraud, Seller’s proceeds are only wired when the Seller delivers their wire instructions to our office in person.

Additional fees will apply for purchases of properties valued over $700,000.

The Residential Refinance:

Refinances are very similar to purchase closings for us. We still search the title, order title insurance, set up the closing package and have a closing. The main difference is there are less parties involved and for this reason we discount the price to $850.
